How do I receive a free gift?

Yes, our strollers have passed rigorous EQO and CNAS testing for stability and durability. They are also certified by the Intellectual Property Office and protected by EU Intellectual Property laws, ensuring the originality and legality of our designs. How can I fold the Stroller
Folding your stroller is quick and easy with these simple steps:
1. Unlock the Fold Mechanism: Locate the folding latch or button, usually found on the handlebar or near the stroller frame.
2. Lift the Handlebar: Gently pull or push the handlebar to unlock the strollerā€™s folding mechanism.
3. Collapse the Stroller: Push or pull the stroller inwards to fold it down. Most strollers fold compactly for easy storage.
4. Secure the Stroller: Some models have a latch or strap to keep the stroller folded for convenience.
To unfold, simply reverse the steps, ensuring the stroller locks securely into place before use.

How should I clean my stroller?
Our stroller is crafted with premium, dirt-repellent, and breathable fabric. To clean, just use a damp cloth with a gentle cleaner to wipe down the surfaces. For extra ease, we also offer a machine-washable seat cushion as part of your gift, making maintenance even simpler!

Whatā€™s your refund/return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your return is accepted, weā€™ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. What are the return requirements?
To ensure your item is eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as when you received itā€”unused, unworn, with all original tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, any items that donā€™t meet these requirements may not be accepted for return.

When will I receive my refund?

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
